Support Solid Bills For Texas Voters!

Here we go… tomorrow in the House Elections Committee, THREE wonderful bills go up for consideration and we hope you’ll join us in voicing your support for them to committee members!

The Bills:

HB 386 - This bill makes it easier for disabled voters to receive the necessary assistance for voting in-person. HB 386 requires each polling place to have a designated parking place for curbside voting with specific signage indicating it is reserved for that purpose, and displaying information to call or text for curbside assistance.
Thumbs up for this!

HB 2351 - Helps notify VDRs of when their certification is up for renewal and facilitates that process so that we don't lose vitally important certified VDRs who can register Texans to vote.
We’re all about that!

HB 380 - Relates to the Secretary of State’s office creating an online database of candidates, officeholders, and elections to increase accessibility of helpful voter information for Texans ahead of elections and allow for better transparency of the electoral process.
More helpful information for Texas voters ahead of an election? You bet.
