Our Vote Texas has published our report for the 87th Texas Legislative Sessions of 2021 detailing our advocacy efforts, growth and plans for future efforts.

Top points

• Our Vote Texas tracked 225 bills this year with 51 calls to action and 15 targeted actions that we developed.

• We also experienced strong growth in our network and this allowed us to share helpful information and timely alerts for Texans to participate in the legislative process.

This has been a harrowing year for many Texans for a multitude of reasons that include an ongoing pandemic, climate disasters that proved dangerous and deadly and legislative attacks on our vote, our civic education, our youth and our health and public safety to name just a few.

We remain grateful to the many advocates and everyday Texans working to build a better state more reflective of its people and we look forward to the year ahead and the ongoing mission to work in service of Texas voters!
